The Bunker Club – Terms & Membership Policy

🔐 Founding Membership Terms

By purchasing a Founding Membership (VIP Founder or Founder Club), you agree to the following:

All memberships are one-time, non-refundable purchases unless otherwise stated in writing by The Bunker Club.
Memberships include lifetime perks as listed at time of purchase. These perks may not be altered retroactively.
Free simulator hours included with membership do not roll over month to month.
Memberships are non-transferable and tied to the original purchaser.
Founding Member quantities are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Abuse of booking policies, facility rules, or equipment may result in membership revocation without refund.

All membership sales are final.
Due to the limited nature and exclusive early access benefits, The Bunker Club does not offer refunds on memberships.
If a mistake occurred during checkout (e.g. duplicate purchase), please contact us within 48 hours.

Free monthly hours must be booked through the online system and used within the same calendar month.
Free hours do not roll over to future months.
Additional hours can be booked at your membership discount rate, subject to availability.
Late cancellations (less than 2 hours' notice) or no-shows may result in a charge or loss of a free hour.

All members and guests are expected to treat The Bunker Club’s simulators, screens, furniture, and equipment with care.
Any intentional misuse, reckless behavior, or damage caused by negligence may result in:
- A charge to the responsible party for repair or replacement
- Suspension or revocation of membership access (without refund)
Members are financially responsible for damage caused by themselves or their guests.
The Bunker Club reserves the right to determine the extent of damage and associated costs.

Your personal information is collected solely for the purpose of providing club services, managing reservations, and communicating with you about The Bunker Club.
We do not share or sell your personal data.
Data is stored securely using Squarespace and Stripe’s encrypted payment systems.
You may opt out of email communications at any time.

By submitting your contact information or purchasing a membership, you consent to receive communications from The Bunker Club, including:

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

Use of The Bunker Club facilities is at your own risk.
Members and guests are expected to follow all safety rules and exercise caution when using golf equipment.
The Bunker Club is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage to personal items while using the facility.

All founding memberships apply exclusively to The Bunker Club – Royal Oak location.
Memberships may not be valid at future franchise or partner locations unless otherwise stated in writing.
